The staff were SUPER friendly and helped us a lot when our car broke down. They even organized taxis for us and moved us to a newly refurbished disabled access room which was a big relief for us!

We had a solid time here, perfect for our road trip. The grounds were lovely for a stroll by the lake. The dinner was decent, though the staff seemed a bit off. Our room was cozy, but man, it got really warm in the morning. Breakfast options were solid too!

There were restrictions on having picnics in the outdoor spaces, which would have added to the family-friendly atmosphere. a broken air conditioning unit left the room too cold for comfort, impacting my sleep quality. Once I requested a ground floor room due to my wife’s ankle injury, it was arranged quickly without fuss, a silver lining during a challenging moment. The hotel has the potential to be a great family destination but needs to address maintenance and service consistency.

The room was spacious and clean with a captivating lake view! ! The heated swimming pool was a fantastic spot for relaxation. Enjoying breakfast by the lakeside, while taking in the serene surroundings, made our mornings truly pleasurable.
